Queen of Wands
Dec. 19th, 2008 11:15 amI have a friend who has been collecting Tarot cards for years. She has about 30 decks. Assuming it doesn't get canceled due to weather, I'm going to her house on Sunday for Solstice celebration and to look at and talk about her Tarot cards.
She was at the CYL dinner a week ago and she mentioned that one of the things she's done is pick a card a week/day/month (whichever works) and meditate on it's meaning for her and study it's meaning from others. Sounded like a good idea, but I kinda forgot about it.
This morning when I woke up I discovered my Golden Tarot deck sitting beside my chair. I'd lost track of it and I guess hadn't noticed it sitting there. I remembered R's card study and randomly picked a card from the deck.
It was the Queen of Wands.
