To celebrate the RETURN of SPN tonight.  *hyperventilates*

I considered doing something...

Then I saw annkiri 's post of yesterday where she asked folks to share their favorite photos of the boys.  Go there now and bask in the wonderfulness of the Js....

This was more than enough...combined with the new(old) photos of Jared...I think I can make it until 9pm.


ETA:  God I love it when Jared throws his head back when he laughs and when Jensen's eyes crinkle....

Katee Sachoff, BSG, and a local theater...

Ok this is seriously cool.  Katee Sachoff who plays Starbuck on BSG is a local girl.  She grew up in a town just outside of Portland.

We have a local theater here in town that has been airing the BSG episodes each Friday (I believe).  They are going to air the last two episodes of the series starting this Friday (at the 10pm air time).  I just heard through an email list that Katee Sachoff is planning on being there.

Boy if I wasn't totally crowd phobic I would so consider doing this.  Plus you'd probably have to show up hours ahead of time.  It would be so much fun to see the final episodes in a theater with a mob of fellow BSG fans AND Katee.

I wonder how early you'd have to show up...

Asylum 3 Update

Have to keep my SPN records CORRECT after all...

With the OUTSTANDING news that BOTH boys will be at Asylum 3 on May 3rd....here's the updated line up.

Looks REALLY, REALLY cool...

ETA:  I just have to smile and smile at the SQUEE that is going across SPN fandom right now--even from those who AREN'T going to Asylum!  Hey--I was just thinking this morning that we hadn't heard of any summer projects for the boys--you think they're taking the summer off?

I usually do not get such a HUGE kick out of these kind of things. I follow them, sure. But I love, love, love reading through the comments and picspams that go along with the 2,000+ comments on EACH of these rounds!

It's down to Dean Winchester and Barney (ok so I keep wanting to say Fife) from When I Met Your Mother. Which BTW--I'd never even HEARD of before this. But the fact that it's Neal Patrick Harris? That's way cool. I love the animated gifs of NPH in these comment threads. Looks like it might be a fun show to watch.

But still.  Vote DEAN!!!  We have until tomorrow at 1pm. (don't know which time zone)

Today we had:

• New hot photos of Jared
• New outtake from S4
• News that Jared will be at Asylum 3
• Continuation of the Fandom Steel Cage Match (which Dean in the final championship round)
• AND...AND.... a NEW SPN ep!

Almost....almost... reminds me of last Sept with the J2 Soapbox and Move-In Fandom Quakes

 

T minus 13 minutes and counting (on the East coast that is..)

...am I excited?  No, not at all...

I've only got 3.13 more hours to go...
