Interesting - Creation Cons

Random/obsessive observation....

I think it's interesting that of the 22 upcoming Creation Cons:

• 6 of the cons are Supernatural Cons (NJ/Aug 2012, Vanc/Aug 2012, Dallas/Sep 2012, Toronto/Oct 2012, Chicago/Oct 2012, Vegas/Mar 2013,)
• 4 Vampire Diaries (SF/Jul 2012, NJ/Aug 2012, Orlando/Dec 2012, Chicago/Apr 2013)
• 4 Star Trek (Chicago/June 2012, Nashville/Jun 2012, Vegas/Aug 2012, SF/Nov 2012) 
• 4 Twilight (+ 1 postponed Twilight con in NJ)
• 2 generic sci-fi cons
• 1 Stargate (Chicago/Aug 2012)
• 1 Xena (LA/Jan 2013)

Of further interest is the announced 2013 cons.   Namely that they don't have many listed yet.   I know from a conversation with Adam at BurCon that there will be 5 SPN Cons in 2013 (Vegas, NJ, Chicago, Vancon, Dallas).   I can't imagine that Creation wouldn't hold their Vegas Star Trek con in 2013, so I assume that would be announced in Aug at the next Vegas ST con.  I guess the Creation con season doesn't really get started until the end of May, so I assume the 2013 announcements will be coming at each of the upcoming cons.

• 1 Xena (LA) (props to Xena for having such a long-lived con life, dare we hope for SPN?)
