This series of photos was sparked by a question from a fan about the scene at the end of the clown episode where Sam is covered in glitter and Dean cracks up. The fan asked if the laughing was genuine or just part of the scene. The fan was sure it was genuine (I had wondered that myself.) Jensen said that they were "actors". They "acted." =D He went on to say that scene was filmed at the end of a very long day and he and Jared just wanted to go home. They were both very tired. So if the laughing seemed genuine it was because they were "actors" not because they were cracking up in real life. He then demonstrated how he could turn the laughter on and off. You see him (and Jared) cracking up with fake laughter. Then at the end Jensen goes completely dead pan to show that it was just "acting". Jared however, kept laughing. I love how he could not stop laughing because Jensen was laughing - even if it was "fake" laughing on Jensen's part. I have to say that Jensen's fake laughter, while great, did look a little fake. For the fans who have become, um, students of his body language (no, no obsession here), this laughter was way different from genuine Jensen cracking up.
