Question about 7x12 (spoilery)

Is that the M7 house?  I was just editing photos from the 2010 Vancon location tour.  If it's not that house - than it sure looks a lot like it.

I'm talking about the house Chronos is fighting Ness in front of.

AWESOME episode, btw.   Gawd - Dean/Jensen - G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S !!!!!

EDIT: I'm CERTAIN that is the M7 house.  I just posted a photo on FB of one of the outbuildings you can see behind Chronos as they fight.

EDIT 2 :  Honestly when I saw one of the 7x12 promos I thought the house Dean was walking up to looked like the M7 house, I'm certain I'm right about this.
