Thanks for making the trip to be with us this weekend, we really appreciate it! We hope everyone has a great time. If you have any issues at the convention (with our volunteers or anyone/anything else) please let us know so we can solve problems on site. There are a few rules to make the convention safe for all:

1) Photos from your seat only

2) No photographs during autographs. Only the person who has an autograph ticket may get on the line when called.

3) Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration (on their day of appearance) and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. For Jensen and Jared, please give your gifts to registration on Sunday only and by Sunday 1pm. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved and know that this was done at the request of the guests’ representation. Thank you!

4) At photo ops please refrain from asking guests to pose and/or use props that you have brought.

5) Our main guests have asked that questions be given directly by audience members. Please make sure that your question is a good one and does not involve telling the guests you love them, asking for hugs, photos or autographs. Let’s make the convention’s on-stage sessions enjoyable for all, including the guests! Thanks!

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 12

5 pm to 8:00 pm: Vendors Room Set Up/Vendors ONLY please

8:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Pre-Registration for GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS, not a necessity but a convenience. Pick up your credientials, schedules, wristbands and get first crack at souvenirs. VENDORS AREA OPEN.

9:00 pm to 10:00 pm: Pre-Registration for PREFERRED WEEKEND PATRONS and GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS, not a necessity but a convenience. Pick up your credientials, schedules, wristbands and get first crack at souvenirs. VENDORS ROOM OPEN.

10:00 pm to 11:00 pm: Pre-Registration for ANY WEEKEND PATRONS. VENDORS ROOM OPEN.

4:45 pm: AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION: “The Supernatural Movie” Pitch Session: pitch us your ideas (up to 45 seconds long) on the plot for a full length feature film version of Supernatural. The best pitch wins a $250 gift certificate!

5:15 pm: Supernatural Music Video

5:20 pm: “THE WOMEN OF SUPERNATURAL” On-Stage Photo Op (please take photos from your seats only) with ALONA TAL, TRACI DINWIDDIE and JULIE McNIVEN

5:30 pm: ON ONE SIDE OF THE THEATRE: Autographs with Traci Dinwiddie are complimentary for GOLD PATRONS and PREFERRED/SILVER WEEKEND Patrons and we will call you up row by row, then followed by those with autograph tickets (which we will call by number) for Traci, which are available at registration for $20 each. Note: if you are a Gold Patron and you have additional Traci autograph tickets kindly get everything signed when you first go up, and this holds true throughout the weekend.

5:35 pm: ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE THEATRE: Autographs with Julie McNiven and Alona Tal, which are not part of any ticket package and must be purchased separately at registration for $20 each. We will call these by number.

PLEASE NOTE: Autographing is a long process and we try not to rush unless our celebrities need to catch planes, which is not the case tonight. Therefore once you see how the lines are moving we do suggest that it is not necessary to wait in your seats for hours. You can go out and come back and then if your row or number was called you can join the line. We, of course, can not be responsible if the guests have left before you come back but it should be relatively easy to see when it is possible to leave.

9:00 pm FRIDAY NIGHT PERFORMANCE
Steve Carlson in Concert, complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons, for others tickets are available at registration for $20 general admission, $35 reserved seating.

10:30 pm Creation Entertainment’s KARAOKE NIGHT: A free event for all in the hotel’s bar MAXIE’S! Join Creation staff, fellow fans and who knows who else for the fun!

6:30 pm: Autographs with Misha Collins, Jim Beaver, Aldis Hodge and Jake Abel, all complimentary for Gold and Silver/Preferred WEEKEND PATRONS (whom we will call row by row) followed by those with autograph tickets for any or all of these stars. Autograph tickets (if not sold out) are available at registration at $20 for Aldis and $25 for Jake and Jim. Misha Collins autograph tickets are sold out.

We’ll call you up if you are present, if not we will give you a better seat ourselves.
