ETA:  I'm so glad someone has finally reproduced the above classic ST promo shot with the actors from the new movie!

Due to a weird set of circumstances I found myself talking about the character of Spock to a new acquaintance.  Someone who, while they had heard of Spock, didn't really know that much about him.

Spock is my favorite character from classic Trek.  I was googling to send her some info and ran across this video essay about the character of Spock.

I'm posting it here for my later reference.
