Lost S3 Finale

growyourwingsWell, Lost may have won me back.
Now the question is, is Lost back enough for me to purchase the S3 DVDs? I don't know how much of S3 I'll ever re-watch. But if S4 is good, I will want the have the continuous series. I think I'll just wait until S4 to see before I lay out $.
I still have trouble understanding how they could to all the way until 2010 though!
And on to personal stuff....
Back to fandom stuff. Tim & I are still doing the BSG rewatch. We watched Six Degrees of Separation from S1 last night. I had barely remembered this episode. But I liked it.
My brother's family is coming over on Sunday for a Buffy & BSG S3 marathon. I'm looking forward to getting more into Buffy S3 and seeing the first few episodes of BSG S3 again with folks that haven't seen it yet.
And Emily's home. I have to get her to watch AHBLp2 with me (hee--she hates it when I nag her about SPN.) Then we'll have to do some summer vacation planning. Diamond Lake, Ashland, and (shhh...it's a secret) perhaps a trip to Kahneeta for Bob's 50th (a surprise party? not sure.)
Charlie was never a big favorite with me. But I must admit I was sad. He died heroically. And yes, Lost may be back for me. I liked the cliff hanger.
When the ep started with Jack in the plane, my first thought was that it was a flash-forward, not a flash-back. But then I decided I was being "too clever." Then, of course, at the end I found I was right! But I had thought flash-forward to the end of it all. But I think somehow JJ is telling us that somehow Jack, Kate (and possibly one or two others?) got off right after the S3 finale. And then, as John said, Jack found out that he shouldn't have gotten off.
Who is in the coffin? John? Sawyer? Sayid? Ben? And when Kate says that she has to get back because "he" would be missing her--was she talking about Sawyer? Did *everyone* got off (all 40?) but Jack and some of the other main characters realize they have to go back? Jack especially--to fix things?

19.5 lbs down after 5 weeks. Exercised 6 days this week. Feeling good.

I had forgotten about the Six (Shelley something?) showing up to Adama and others and accusing Gaius. I guess to continue the conversion of Gaius to the "one true God." It was like I was watching the episode for the first time again. Tim and I kept saying we couldn't remember how Gaius got himself out of this. But, as usual, he did.
