Creation is moving LA Con to Vegas next year!

Learned via FB just a bit ago that there will be no LA Con/Burbank con in 2013 - rather it will be held in Vegas.

Fickleone and I had not yet decided between LA or Vancon for 2013.  Not sure how this will impact our choice.
