Obama Superstar???

obama_daily - which posts photos of Obama and/or his family. The photographs are usually beautiful. I'm sure it's a combination of how photogenic the whole family is and the fact that they're being followed by high-grade professional photographers.
I know we haven't had a president since JFK that has such an aura about him. I can't decide if it's just that I'm online a lot more and therefore seeing these a lot more--but it's like he's crossed over into celebrity status. I admit I like seeing him like this, but there's this small voice/thought in my head that is creating a little dissonance in me. Our president...celebrity superstar?
But I love the photos. They are beautiful. And they make our president more human somehow. (And the fact that I find the last one sexy--there's my dissonance for you.)

ETA: I just had to add this reflection--I was looking at these and again trying to reconcile the fact that this is our president and I'm perving over him a bit. And I thought, well--perhaps it's just the poses. Then I tried to picture Bush in these photos/poses. *Shudders* Nope--not just the poses.
