SPN 8x14 - spoilery image with a question (WTH?)

Late for work and likely someone has already asked and answered this.  But what the heck is this?

Sorry for the crappy quality screen shot.  This is from Dean's Room in the Win/Batcave.  It's stacked with some of the vinyl LPs.  It looks like a book?  And it starts with "for two lovers holding hands?"  Is this a fanservice wink-wink, nudge-nudge moment?
