Some people clean their cars before a road trip.  Me, I clean my laptop hard drive and camera cards LOL.   Then again, we are not taking my car!

Some various photos from the past three months, that I never got around to processing.

above:  This one is my favorite.
These are all taken with my 50mm f2.8 lens.  Figures that one of the best lenses I own at this point is the first lens we bought 20ish years ago!   I'm drooling over the lenses I hope to invest in in the future.

above :: Fall is arriving here in the Northwest.   This was one morning as I was leaving home to go to work.   Taken with my little portable canon oneshot as I was standing beside my car.

above ::  Getting ready for Vancon (believe it or not.)   I rented a 85mm f1.8 lens to try out at the con.  These are a few test shots from our front deck.



above :: Not sure how this lens will do in the unforgiving lighting of the convention main room.  But it sure takes gorgeous shots in filtered sunlight!   Should be great on the location tour.   While I'm not looking forward to rain, the overcast forecast at least will make for some great lighting for photography.
